God is the potter and we are the clay, 2 Corinthians 4:7.  He forms and puts us where he chooses. Sometimes we do not listen or obey his call.  we then become broken, chipped, cracked or marred by Satan and his forces.

My son was going on a "Walk to Emmaus."  Since I am an artist I prayed that god would give me something special to draw that would touch my son.  A message God gave me months before came to mind, "JARS OF CLAY,' But Satan put negative thoughts in my mind.  I put down the pencil and went to Lord in prayer.  I ask God to give me peace if this was His desire.  You see my son has been on drugs from 24 years.  Just three months before, he asked me if I thought he would go to hell for smoking marijuana.  God was faithful to lead me to the right scriptures and let him see it all for himself

A peaceful calm came over me immediately.  I worked steadily as the pottery formed.  I went to printer and ordered 100 copies.  I realize3d I had not asked the price so I called the printer.  He said, "This has all been taken care of!"  I picked up my prints the nest week, 500 copies instead of 100.I was so shocked!  God is so good!

I gave prints of "JARS OF CLAY" to the men on their "walk."  When my son saw the print, he told the men that his mother did this especially for him because he was a "cracked pot."  My faith wavered many times, but I always went back to Proverbs 22:6,  "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

For 24 years I had pr4ayed for my son.  My son repented of his sins! Another scripture, found in 1 John 5:16, advises, "If anyone sees his brother commit a son...he should pray and God will give him life."  My faith has been rewarded.  Thank you, Lord!
