A certain man was  preparing a banquet..” (Luke 14:16).

Times have indeed changed since Jesus’ day. Nowadays, it is the women who do the planning and preparing . . . weddings, senior banquets, 50th wedding anniversaries and other major events.

What hasn’t changed is the “frenzy” of trying to put it all together. Trying to locate all the elements we want to use can be overwhelming. And the expense of all the gathering of tablecloths, candle stands and all the accessories do little to calm the “frenzy.”

How blessed we are to have the generosity of those in our church family who enjoy being a part of these events.

As we move into the busy season for weddings and other banquets or events, Women’s Ministry celebrates your blessings of these occasions.

We have resources available to help you with your planning.

We do not furnish crying towels for weddings. Yet, all of  your Central family attending will praise God for being a part of your special occasion.

As you complete your planning, we rejoice with you as you declare, “Come for everything is now ready,” (Luke 14:17).
