Proverbs 31:25 “She is
clothed with dignity and strength and she laughs
without fear of the future” — when I hear that,
that’s me in a Bible verse. I don’t fear the future
New Date for Sister Saturday
Sister Saturday has been changed from Nov. the
5th to Monday, Nov. 14th, at 7 p.m. in Sneed Hall.
The format has changed to deal with safety
issues in today’s culture. As a Proverbs 31 woman, we
must be aware and able to function well within our
society to give support and to protect our family.
In Proverbs 3: 25-26, we are told: “ Do not be
afraid of sudden terror or of the ruin of the
wicked, when it comes, for the Lord will be your
confidence and will keep your foot from being
caught.” A part of reducing “sudden terror” is being
informed of the dangers we face so that we can
combine that knowledge with prayer and confidence in
the Lord’s protection.
Come join your sisters-in-Christ on November 14th
for Sister Safety, as qualified
enlighten us on how to keep ourselves and our
families safe in today’s world.
