 Women in Ministry: Part 2

Meet Rainee Carnahan. Rainee is a woman in ministry! She doesn’t see it. It’s not formal. But she openly and honestly shares her story with others and tells them how Jesus has changed her story! She brings her friends to Jesus through her testimony. No, her ministry isn’t formal. She doesn’t have a “title”. But she is a minister! She titled her article “Testimony”. And that is her ministry! Daily sharing what Jesus has done for her with her world!

I was a young girl living in Lefors Texas attending Sunday school at the First Baptist Church there the first time I heard the name of Jesus. I remember singing "This Little Light of Mine", "Jesus Loves me", and "There's A Smile in My Pocket".  As a child, I believe I was close to Christ.  I spent a lot of time alone, but can recall not feeling alone.  My mom can recall me having "imaginary friends", and I've heard them describe me as able to keep myself preoccupied.
