 Women in Ministry: Part 5

Meet Lisa Brown. Lisa is a retired school teacher. But she is anything but still! Many times when I have stopped by Central, I have seen Lisa in the gardens! She makes sure that the flowers and bushes are pruned, the yard clean before each service, funeral, and wedding. She spends hours in the sun and wind, heat and cold making sure our grounds are nice! Not only does she do this as a volunteer, but she also ministers to and prays for all of us as needed! Lisa doesn’t shine on the platform, but her glow is seen all around! Lisa ministers!

A Stirring Within

I’m not the one who should be writing this article about ministry. I said that several times when asked to write it. It should be any of a hundred women who are more qualified in ministry than I. “Pray about it!” came the sweet reply.
